Yes. We formulate blends to your melting profile, solid fat content curve and application, working from your current specification or a target finished product.

It depends on the oil or fat, refinery and crop origin, so the set is confirmed per offer before contract: usually a lot COA, spec sheet, allergen and origin statements and food-contact packaging declarations. Halal, kosher or sustainability certificates apply only if the producer holds them.

Minimum order quantities vary by grade. Bulk oils typically start at one flexitank or ISO tank, packed fats from one pallet. Contact our sales team for the minimum on a specific grade.

Payment terms are agreed contract by contract and written into the commercial offer. Telegraphic transfer (T/T) and documentary letters of credit are the usual routes; the exact terms depend on load size, Incoterm and how long we have traded with you.

Whether a delivery works depends on the grade's origin, your market's import rules for edible oils and a practical route by flexitank, ISO tank or packed container. Tell us the destination port or plant and we will confirm the route, Incoterm and import paperwork.

It depends on the grade, the refinery's loading slot, any heating needed for palm oil or stearin, and the route to your plant. Rather than quote a standard lead time, each offer states a loading window and an estimated arrival for that consignment.

Yes. Bulk oils and fats are shipped in heated flexitanks or ISO tanks where required, with temperature regimes agreed before loading so the product arrives within specification.

Yes, on request for the grade you are considering. Depending on the product, the sheet covers FFA, peroxide value, Lovibond colour, moisture, iodine value, slip melting point and solid fat content at set temperatures. Uploaded documents can also be downloaded from the product page.

Often, yes, for suitable grades. Tell us the oil or fat, the trial you plan (bake test, fry-life check, enrobing run) and the sample size needed, plus the delivery address. Courier rules for oils and the destination may affect cost and timing.
