Selecting a fat is a formulation decision. We help food manufacturers match slip melting point, solid fat content curve, iodine value, free fatty acid and peroxide limits to the bake, fry or filling performance they need — and keep that specification stable across shipments.
We help buyers select suitable grades based on melting point, oil content, iodine value, SFC, FFA, peroxide value, hardness, texture, application, and end-use performance.
COA, SDS/MSDS, TDS, specification sheets, origin details, and compliance documents can be shared where applicable depending on product, grade, and source.
We support sourcing from selected refineries and manufacturing partners across multiple origins, helping buyers compare product grades, packing formats, MOQ, and lead times.
We support laboratory evaluation, sample dispatch, trial quantities, commercial shipment planning, export documentation, and international logistics coordination.
A clear 5-step B2B support journey - from product enquiry to grade recommendation, documents, sample evaluation and shipment coordination.

Supplying quality oils and waxes to diverse industries worldwide
Bio Green Oils and Fats supplies refined oils, fractions and fat blends to food manufacturers producing sauces, spreads, ready meals, snacks, dairy alternatives and processed foods. Requirements are reviewed against the functional role of the fat in the finished product, together with free fatty acid, peroxide value, colour and stability expectations.\n\nAvailable certificates of analysis, allergen and origin statements and food-contact packaging declarations are confirmed for the offered grade and source. The team coordinates samples, bulk or packed formats, loading and delivery planning for production programmes.
Bakery and confectionery production depends on how a fat behaves rather than on its name alone. Bio Green Oils and Fats supports shortenings, margarine fats, laminating fats, coating and filling fats selected against slip melting point, solid fat content curve and plasticity across the working temperature range.\n\nWe work from the finished-product brief — laminated dough, biscuit, cream filling, compound coating — and review the available specification, analysis and packaging format before a supply commitment is made.
Continuous and batch frying operations need oils and fats with predictable oxidative stability, smoke point and fry life. Bio Green Oils and Fats supplies palm olein, blended frying oils and high melting point frying fats for snack, potato, extruded product, bakery and foodservice applications.\n\nGrade selection is discussed against fryer type, throughput, target fry life and finished-product expectations, with available analysis, packaging options and delivery planning confirmed for the specific offer.
Cocoa butter substitutes, filling fats, coating fats and non-dairy creamer fats are formulation decisions built around melting behaviour, snap, gloss, bloom resistance and mouthfeel. Bio Green Oils and Fats supports these requirements with lauric and non-lauric options, fractions and tailored blends.\n\nSolid fat content curve, slip melting point and compatibility with the intended recipe are reviewed together, and sample support is coordinated where a trial is needed before a supply commitment.
Infant formula, medical and clinical nutrition products use fat blends built to tightly controlled compositional and contaminant expectations. Bio Green Oils and Fats handles enquiries for the oil and fat components used in these applications, including palm olein, palm kernel oil, coconut oil and refined soft oils.\n\nSuitability cannot be inferred from the product name alone. Required grade, specification, regulatory status and source documentation must be confirmed for the destination market before an offer is made.
Personal-care and cosmetic formulators use refined vegetable oils, castor derivatives, glycerine and hydrogenated fats as emollients, humectants, consistency factors and processing aids. Bio Green Oils and Fats supports these enquiries with attention to grade, purity profile and the formulation role of the material.\n\nAvailable specifications, analysis and any origin or supplier declarations are reviewed alongside packed or bulk supply options for B2B manufacturing requirements.
Food-grade oils and fats for every processing line

RBD palm oil is refined, bleached and deodorised oil from the fruit pulp of Elaeis guineensis. Its near-equal split of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids makes it semi-solid at room temperature without hydrogenation, so it needs no trans fat.

Refined sunflower oil is pressed from the seed of Helianthus annuus. It is supplied in two distinct commercial types, standard linoleic and high oleic, which look identical but behave very differently under heat.

RBD coconut oil is refined, bleached and deodorised oil from the kernel of Cocos nucifera. Around half its fatty acids are lauric acid, giving a sharp melt near 24 degrees Celsius, a neutral flavour and exceptional resistance to oxidation.

Refined soybean oil is extracted from the seed of Glycine max and is the second most produced vegetable oil in the world. Roughly half its fatty acids are linoleic acid, giving a light, neutral oil that is inexpensive but oxidises readily.

Refined rapeseed oil is pressed from the seed of Brassica napus and refined to a light, neutral oil. Modern low erucic acid varieties, sold as canola outside Europe, combine a high oleic content with the lowest saturated fat of the major seed oils.

Refined olive oil is produced from the fruit of Olea europaea, neutralised and deodorised to remove the defects that make lampante grade unfit for consumption. It gives a mild flavour, pale colour and higher frying stability than virgin grades.

RBD palm kernel olein is the liquid fraction separated from palm kernel oil by controlled cooling and filtration. It keeps the lauric character of the parent oil in a form that stays fluid, with a cloud point of 8 to 12 degrees Celsius.

RBD palm olein is the liquid fraction of palm oil, separated by controlled crystallisation and filtration. It stays clear at ambient temperature and is the most widely used commercial frying oil because of its resistance to oxidation.

Refined castor oil is pressed from the seed of Ricinus communis and is the only commercial vegetable oil built mainly on a hydroxylated fatty acid. Ricinoleic acid at 85 to 90 percent gives it high viscosity, polarity and alcohol solubility.

Hydrogenated palm wax is fully hydrogenated palm oil supplied in graded melting bands from 42 to 54 degrees Celsius. Saturating the fatty acid chains converts a soft, plastic fat into a firm, opaque vegetable wax with a clean burn and good release.

Hydrogenated castor oil, also called castor wax, is castor oil with its double bonds saturated. The result is a hard, brittle, odourless wax melting near 86 degrees Celsius that keeps the hydroxyl groups responsible for its thickening behaviour.
